Dress Sharper

Although Dress/uniforms and costumes doesn’t make a man, but it’ll make you feel better. If a person is not well dressed and is wearing old fashioned or something he feels about bad, then he will lose his self confidence. When a leader stands in a crowd, he should feel proud on himself, that thing that craze comes from Good & Sharp Dressing. This also explains a Boy’s mind’s therapy. Boy’s don’t call their mates after saying I'll call you in 5 minutes. Because he says this line when he is too busy, & can’t hear anybody else. They are more of work conscious. Hence, More productive & efficient.

Each EN-V has a unique design theme to showcase the flexibility of the propulsion platform. The design gives each EN-V its own personality, with a unique opening, elegant interior and innovative colour, lighting and seat technology. The body and canopy of EN-V are constructed from carbon fiber, custom-tinted Lexan and acrylic, materials that are more commonly used in race cars, military airplanes and spacecraft because of their strength and lightweight characteristics.
The best point of this car is it provides maximum visibility to the world outside.
Power for the motors is provided by lithium-ion batteries that produce zero emissions. Recharging can occur from a conventional wall outlet using standard household power, allowing EN-V to travel at least 40 kilometers on a single charge.
Its maximum speed is 24 miles per hour to 25mph.

Socialize your life more. Today at fast pacing life, nobody have time to have some social connectivity.

yaaaaaahhhh, i know facebook and Google Plus has made it simpler, but still our lives lack the real connectivity of our social group, friends and relatives. Give time to your family and friends. Have a Hangout with your group once a week, makes your life successful and gives you the real pleasure for which you work out daily 10:00am to 8:00pm.

Men earn for their daily bread, but wen they start earning, they forgot the real motto of earning……..that to bring pleasure and all luxury (after bread) for your very own family including you for sure…..!!!

If possible go for a picnic in a jungle and put up the bonfire, have sleeping bags some soft drinks and enjoy the weekend with your Friends….!!

Best way to spend time with your friends.

Society is the real world for anybody over this planet. Because one can’t survive alone here, we need each other. small fights, break-ups, tie-ups and caring happen at different times that are the special part of our relationship.

I would suggest you something more that you could do when wakeup early in the mornings.

Rather I suggest you to go for meditation and yoga,in the early mornings. That improves the level of one’s mind and makes yourbody more fresh, active and productive. These spiritual things brighten up your face,enrich your body and give your day a good start.

From our religious scripturesand holy books…..’Meditation helps people reduce blood pressure problems. Itremove aggression from your nature & make you more calm and polite.’

Exercise Deep breathing in the cool and fresh air of coldmornings, sitting in the laps of ‘Nature’ itself….!!

NASA researched an average Human Being do not need Sleep for more than 6 hours,to maintain a healthy Lifestyle. It is the quality of the sleep that matters,not the quantity. More you sleep more you gather Laziness in your body.Instead, try getting early up 1 hour daily for at least a month, after that itwill develop into a powerful habit.

On complying with Saint Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan's call 3, 85,960 followers pledged to donate posthumous whole body, cadaver organ donation, regular blood donation after three months and get themselves registered to involve in many other humanitarian activities on 21^stGurgaddi Diwas (September 23^rd, 2011). Most respected Guruji awarded martyrs' kin, and freedom fighters with appreciation letters, gold medals, and cheques. Moreover, His Excellency Guruji also showered the deluge of presents to the orphaned boys and girls (Now, they have been adopted by Guru Ji as HIS own children, and they are being brought up in the special constructed buildings namely ‘Shahi Asra' and ‘Shai Betiyan Basera'). Revered Guruji conferred the possession of newly built homes to the poor and destitute by giving them keys of those homes. On acceding to Guruji's call, 11 ‘Bhakt yodha' (valiant votaries) were tied in the wedlock with young widows. Mega Cleanse Earth Campaign in capital -An Initiative by Dera Sacha Sauda

An intensive cleanliness campaign was launched in Capital to mark the Holy Guru Gaddinashini Divas of Saint Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan.

Shah Satnam Ji Green S Welfare Force of Dera Sacha Sauda conducted a massive cleanliness drive in Capital with title “‘CLEANSE EARTH CAMPAIGN”and “HO PRITHVI SAAF, MITEN ROG ABHISHAAP” and it was inaugurated By HIS Highness Saint Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan at Rajghat on 21 Sep 2011 at 8 AM.

Guru Ji inaugurated the drive by personally brooming a specific area and by Releasing Air Balloon in air with campaign title “HO PRITHVI SAAF, MITEN ROG ABHISHAAP” .

Speaking on the occasion, Saint Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan said to Media that whole sadh sangat of Dera took pledge to make maximum area of Delhi, neat & clean. Guru ji asked the people to keep their environment clean and not to litter garbage in streets, main roads and parks. Addressing media persons, Guru Ji said, “Cleanliness is the real services to humanity. It not only protects us from diseases but the chances of natural calamities also reduce as the nature will also be at ease.” Guru Ji advised people to adopt cleanliness as a passion and ensure that streets remained free from garbage.

Sant Ji encouraged the volunteers to put in their best efforts to make the campaign praiseworthy. Sant Gurmeet Ji asserted that foreigners should have high regards for India and take inspiration from the Indian cultural heritage.

Guru Ji and Bade Mata Ji(Poojnik Mata Naseeb Kaur ji-Mother of HIS holy Highness) and other members of Royal Family paid tributes to Mahatma Gandhi at Rajghat.

Delhi was split up in to total 13 zones and a group of volunteers were allotted particular area where they worked under supervision of 7 members & 25 members. Lakhs of people marched down the streets with brooms in their hands on just one call from Guru Ji. With banners in their hands, Lakhs of volunteers hit the streets of Delhi to support to cause. The first row had volunteers who were cleaning the streets with brooms, whereas volunteers in the second and third row removed the garbage in trolleys.

Theaccusations made against Dera Sacha Sauda by Vishwas Gupta S/o M P Gupta,yesterday are one hundred percent false ,fabricated and baseless. This can beverified from the letter written by Vishwas Gupta himself to the DeputyCommissioner ,Panchkula on 5^th/6^th Aug,2011.It is writtenclearly by this person himself that the enemies of the Dera’s Guru Ji are afterhim. He has conceded that he is being pressurized to depose falsely againstGuru Ji, make false statements in front of the media and thus defame Dera SachaSauda. He had even gone to the extent of saying that he apprehended kidnappingand a threat to life. Based on this he had demanded security from anti Deraelements. From the latest developments, it is crystal clear that the worst hasindeed come true. Even prior to this, person named Gobind was offered 30 lacsas an inducement to depose falsely against Guru Ji in the media. The same factswere uncovered and irrevocably established by the CBI. The devotees of DeraSacha Sauda know and understand the nefarious designs of anti Dera elements.Whenever elections loom large , the antisocial elements admixed in politics,orchestrate such conspiracies to defame Dera Sacha Sauda to help their vestedinterests. Yesterday incident is a furtherance of the same chain ofevents.

Yesterday's press conference conducted by Vishwas Gupta amounts to a monstrous bundle of lies. With elections just around the corner , Dera detractors and anti social elements

in the political order are trying to destabilise society and the nation by spreading such canard against us. We condemn and denounce such evil acts on behest of certain backstage actors.

Dera has saved women from forced prostitution and rescued daughter's from feticide; To find ourselves accused of what we work to stop is indeed shocking. What is even more painful is that in the quest of sensationalism , some people have forgotten their basic resposibility of even giving us a right to voice our opinion. That Dera follower's are being treated as second class citizens is fashionable enough, but to slaughter the character of our daughters for the vested gains of Dera's vilification , is a very dangerous precedent. A society , that erodes the spiritual basis of its existence is prone to crumble to ashes.

Guruji has given the status of spiritual children to a few hundred of those who serve humanity selflessly. Also , Guruji has treated the entire humanity as God's children. The morbid conspiracies of a few are only a sad reflection of the nadir that society has reached. The bundle of lies against us has on every occasions proven to be a stage managed show of corruption . The case of Gobind who was offered bribes by politicians to give false testimony has been established by the CBI. Similarly , the newer radically different versions given by this complainant range from lies to damn lies. Why no one has shown the courage to unmask the conspirators is indeed startling. We have unshakable faith in God and we shall march on with our social work undeterred.

जैसा हम चाहते थे "बेपरवाह मस्ताना जी ने उससे भी कहीं गुना अधिक गुणवान (सर्वगुण संपन्न) नौजवान हमें ढूंढ कर दिया है । यह वचन परम पिता जी ने हजूर पिता जी के बारे में आश्रम के सभी सत ब्रहमचारी सेवादारों के बीच गुरुगद्दीबख्शीश करने (23 September 1990) से करीब दो दिन पहले अपने पवित्र मुख से फरमाए .पिता जी ने फ़रमाया की संगत को ५०-६० साल तक और किसी की जरुरत नहीं रहेगी ।हम उन्हें ऐसा बब्बर शेर बनायेगे कि मुंह तोड़ जवाब देंगे। पहाड़ भी अगर इनसे टकराएगा तो वो भी चूर -चूर हो जायेगा ।

डेरा सच्चा सौदा में बड़े पुराने सत ब्रहमचारी सेवादार भाई मोहन लाल जी ने बताया की परम पिता जी ने अपने ये वचन तीन बार जोर देकर दोहराया की "वचन मान लेना है" परम पिता जी ने ये भी होसला देते हुए फ़रमाया की "हम अभी कहीं नहीं जा रहे ,हम तुम सबके सामने,तुम सबके साथ रहेगे । अब जाओ और गुरुगद्दी रसम की तैयारी करो "परम पिताजी ने डेरे की वसीयत हजूर पिताजी के नाम गुरुगद्दी बख्शीश से लगभग तीन महीने पहले ही कर दी थी । वसीयत पर आमतौर पर ये ही अभिप्राय होता है की 'बाद में' लेकिन पिताजी ने वसीयत लिखवाने वाले अपने उन खास सेवादारो को ये तागीद विशेष तोर पर की थी कि वसीयतनामा में ये शब्द जरुर लिखवाए की "डेरा ,नकदी , पैसा-पायी,धन ,ज़मीन जायदाद और डेरे का सब कुछ आज से ही "गुरमीत सिंह " जी का है। रूहानियत तो रूहानियत ही है जो कि अपनी जगह है और जिसका कोई सानी नहीं यानी इसके मुकाबले में कोई और चीज नहीं है । और यह वास्तविकता पिताजी के इन्ही वचनों से ही स्पष्ट होती है की। ये पारिवारिक वसीयत नहीं है ये कोई और चीज है "परम पिता जी ने ये वचन उस समय फरमाए जब आप जी ने गुरुगद्दी की प्रक्रिया के प्रति जुलाई १९८९ से हर महीने लगातार सेवादारो से चल रही मीटिंग में अपने अपने स्तर पर किसी योग्य सेवादार का नाम देने के लिए जोर देकर कहा कि "इतनी मीटिंग आप ने कर ली है लेकिन अभी तक किसी का नाम सामने नहीं आया । नाम जरुर दे । चाहे मीटिंग में सामने खड़े होकर सब के सामने कहे या लिखित तोर पर हमें दे दे ।

डेरा सच्चा सौदा की गुरुगद्दी के उत्तराधिकारी का चयन हम आप सभी की राय सलाह मशवरा करने के बाद ही करना चाहते है । पूजनीय शाह सतनाम जी के इन वचनों के तहत सेवादार भाइयो ने लिखित तोर के रूप में शहंशाही परिवार से जुड़े हुए एक दो शख्सियतो के नाम दे दिए और इस बात पर पिताजी ने सेवादारो को समझाया की “नहीं भाई ! यह कोई हमारी निजी पारिवारिक जायदाद नहीं है ,ये रूहानी ताकत किसी काबिल को ही दी जाएगी ,ये विषय है रूहानियत का जिसका दुनिया में किसी भी चीज ,किसी भी वस्तु या किसी भी प्राणी से तुलना नहीं हो सकती परन्तु वसीयत इसलिए ताकि बाद में किसी को भी ऊँगली उठाने की गुन्जायिश ना रहे या कोई झगडा झमेला या कोई बवाल गुरुगद्दी को लेकर पैदा ना हो। वर्णनिये की "शाह मस्ताना जी ने परम पिता जी को अपना उताराधिकारी घोषित करते समय खूब ठोक बजाकर गुरुगद्दी बख्शीश करी थी पुरे शहर में जुलूस भी निकलवाया कि डेरा सच्चा सौदा में मस्ताना जी के गुरुगद्दी के वारिस परम पिता जी शाह सतनाम जी महाराज जी है यानि रूहानियत के नजरिये से गुरुगद्दी बख्शीश की ।

मस्ताना जी ने अपनी तरफ से कोई कमी नहीं छोड़ी थी । समस्त साध संगत के सामने यह गुरुगद्दी बख्शी थी । डेरा सच्चा सौदा में तीन मंजिली गोल अनामी गुफा परम पिता जी के लिए तैयार करवाई और खुद साथ चलकर पिता जी को उसमे सुशोभित किया और यह वचन भी फ़रमाया की "ये गुफा सरदार सतनाम जी को इनाम में देते है यहाँ पर रहने का हर कोई अधिकारी नहीं है जैसे मिस्त्री ने इसकी मजबूती के लिए तीन बंद लगाये है हम भी इनके ऊपर तीन बंद लगाते है ना ये हिल सके और ना ही इन्हें कोई हिला सके । दुनिया की कोई भी ताकत इन्हें हिला नहीं सकेगी "ये सब साध संगत के सामने हुआ और सब ने इसे अपनी आँखों के सामने देखा और खुद कानो से भी सुना । लेकिन काल की भी चींटी की तरह तरेड ढूंढता है । उस समय ये कमी रह गयी कि वसीयतनामा पक्के कागजो पर नहीं हुआ क्योकि दुनियावी तोर पर ये है भी जरुरी । परम पिता जी ने यह भी वचन फ़रमाया की हम नहीं चाहते किगुरुगद्दी को लेकर बाद में कोई बवाल खड़ा हो,हम ऐसा पक्का काम खुद अपनी हाथों से,अपनी मोजुदगी में करेगे जो आज तक किसी ने नहीं किया हो और शायद ही ऐसा कोई कर सके। जब हम सब कुछ अपने होशो हवास में और सब कुछ अपने हाथों से करेगे तो किसी को क्या ऐतराज हो सकता है "और परम पिता जी ने बिलकुल वैसा ही कर दिखाया ।

परम पिता जी ने निश्चित दिन यानि २३ सितम्बर १९९० को समस्त साध संगत के सामने अपने वचनों के अनुरूप डेरा सच्चा सौदा की पवित्र मर्यादा के अनुसार हजूर पिता जी को शहंशाही स्टेज पर अपने पवित्र कर कमलो से चमकदार फूलों का गले में हार डाला और देसी घी के हलवे का अपने रहमो कर्मो से अनामी धाम का प्रशाद दिया । परम पिता जी इन्हें अपना उतारधिकारी घोषित करते हुए साध संगत के नाम निमन के अनुसार अपना हुकुमनामा भी पढवाया कि " संत गुरमीत जी" को जो शहंशाह मस्ताना जी के हुकुम से बख्शीश की गयी है वह सत्पुरुष को मंजूर थी इसलिए

१. जो भी इनसे ( पूज्य हजूर पिता जी से) "प्रेम करेगा वो मानो हमारे से प्रेम करता है "।

२.जो जीव इनका हुकुम मानेगा वो मानो हमारा हुकुम मानता है ।

३. जो जीव इन पर विश्वास करेगा वो मानो हमारे पर विश्वास करता है।

४ . जो इनसे भेदभाव करेगा वो मानो हमारे से भेद भाव करता है ।

५. ये रूहानी दौलत किसी बाहरी दिखावे पर बख्शीश नहीं की जाती , इस रूहानी दौलत के लिए वो बर्तन पहले से ही तैयार होता है जिसे सतगुरु अपनी नजर मेहर से पूर्ण करता है और अपनी नजर मेहर से उनसे वो काम लेता है जिसके लिए दुनिया वाले सोच भी नहीं सकते।

एक मुसलमान फकीर के वचन :-

"विच शराबे रंग मुसल्ला ,जे मुर्शिद फरमाए !

वाकिफ कार कदीमी हुंदा गलती कड़े ना खावे!!

६. यह सब आपके सामने हुआ। शहंशाह मस्ताना जी के खेल उस वक़्त किसी के भी समझ नहीं आया । जो बख्सिश मस्ताना जी ने अपनी दया मेहर से की उसको दुनिया की कोई ताकत हिला डुला नहीं सकती । जो जीव सतगुरु के वचन पर भरोसा करेगा वह सब कुछ पायेगा । मन आपको मित्र बनाकर धोखा देगा इसलिए जो प्रेमी सतगुरु के वचन सामने रखेगा मन से वो ही बच सकेगा और सतगुरु सदा उसके अंग संग रहेगा।

बेशक दुनिया के हिसाब से देखा जाये तो २३ साल की उम्र अभी खेलने कूदने की होती है और यह भी समझने की बात है की इस उम्र में तो माता पिता भी अपनी जिम्मेर्दारियों से अपने बच्चो को मुक्त रखते है यानि की परिवार की जिम्मेर्दारियां भी उन पर डालना नहीं चाहते ।लेकिन पूज्य पिता जी की विलक्षणता का कोई नाप तौल नहीं है। हजूर पिता जी ने खेती बाड़ी का ज्यादा तर काम ८-१० वर्ष की आयु में ही अपने कंधो पर ले लिया था पूज्य बापू जी को बिलकुल निश्चिन्त कर दिया था और साथ में पदाई भी चलती थी और खेलो में भी बहुत जो शोर से भाग लेते थे ,कहने का मतलब यह की वो अल्लाह राम अनजान नहीं कि अपना इतना बड़ा काम यानी दो जहानों की जिम्मेर्वारी हजूर पिता जी को इतनी छोटी आयु में दे रहे थे यह सब कुछ तो पहले से ही लिखा हुआ

था ।

परम पिता जी ने गुरु गद्दी बख्शीश की ऐसी पक्की कार्यवाही की कि ज़रा भर भी कोई शंका किसी शंका वादी के लिए नहीं छोड़ी । "अब हम जवान बन कर आयेगे " पूजनीय परम पिता जी ने २३ सितम्बर १९९० को सारी साध संगत के समक्ष अपने उपरोक्त वचन को स्पष्ट करते हुए फ़रमाया कि "प्रकृति की नियमो को तो बदला नहीं जाता ,अगर बुजुर्ग बॉडी में हमें देखना है तो हम आपके सामने बेठे है हमें देख लो और अगर हमें नौजवान बॉडी में देखना है तो इन्हें देख लो (पूज्य हजूर पिता जी की तरफ इशारा करते हुए )ये हमारा ही स्वरुप है। पूज्य पिता जी ने अपनी प्रकट स्वरूप में लगभग सवा साल (१५ महीने ) साध संगत के समक्ष विराजमान रहे ।

मालिक की दया मेहर से अब गद्दिनाशिनी को २१ वर्ष पुरे हुए है और मात्र इन २१ वर्ष में हजूर पिता जी की रहनुमाई में डेरा सच्चा सौदा का हर तरफ विकास हुआ है जो अपने आप में मिसाल है पवित्र कार्य ज्यों का त्यों तूफ़ान मेल रफ़्तार से जारी है।

चाहे रूहानियत का छेत्र हो या मानवता की सेवा का उद्देश्य से किया जा रहा सामजिक और परमार्थी कार्य , डेरा साचा सौदा ने तरक्की करते हुए सब बुलंदियों को छुआ है ! अगर बात करे आश्रम में साध संगत को उपलब्ध करायी जा रही सुविधाओं की, तो यह भी अपने आप में उल्लेखनीय है ,मालिक के रहमो कर्म से चारो और साध संगत का प्यार ठाठे मार रहा है

।

चार करोड़ से भी आज ज्यादा साध संगत पूजनीय हजूर पिता जी से नाम लेवा है और कुल मालिक की दया मेहर रहमत से दिन ब दिन बढती ही जा रही है। मालिक से ये ही प्रार्थना और कामना करते है कि आपका रहमो कर्म यूं ही बल्कि इससे से भी दिन दूनी रात चोगनी बल्कि कई गुना बढ़ता जाये जी और सारी सृष्टि पर "एक ही नाम "पूजनीय परम पिता जी के पवित्र नाम का डंका बजे।

If you people are thinking that i am here to tell you about some food diet prescribed by a practitioner….then please don’t waste your precious time here. I am just here to tell you that the best way of eating food at different times of the day. The quantity of food, you will be taking, should be configured in best way. The thing i am trying to explain to you is that “ all time of the day is not same, things change with the time. you work out differently with different energy level. That means you burn different amount of calories at different times.”

Think you’re going for your office on good morning day, getting ready and taking breakfast and then going to your office. but till half the day you get tired and till the evening came you got more tired and get a pain in your back. so what’s the point here ~ the point is you didn’t get your meals at right quantity at right time. They should be perfect, i mean the timing and the quantity…

Some one had said it perfectly :

Breakfast like a King,

lunch like a Prince,

&, Dinner like a Pauper.

Man there lies the whole thing…….a health conscious man if follow this quote in there daily routine, then there body will be perfect and no more pain in there back or tiredness.

We start our day with morning breakfast and then we do work hard continuously for several hours without any break, that means we burn maximum amount of calories at that time. Means to say that we should eat more at that time or at breakfast……means more healthy or some will call it “a heavy breakfast”. The thing comes out here is that we should eat more in the morning to stay healthy.

That’s why the man in quote said a breakfast like a king.

in afternoon, after having our meals we people got tired and do not do great deal of work and get off to home by 5:00 or 6:00 P.M. That means we burn lesser amount of calories comparatively to those of the morning. Therefore, we should have some of lesser amount of food or a light food in the lunch.

A prince is more like a noble man or a wiser person, so he eats healthy, nutritious but lesser amount of food…….That was the reason for saying “Lunch like a Prince.”

And as we all lie down in the night to fell asleep and do not often work, so the number calories burn at that period is very very much lesser ,‘even negligible you can say.’ Therefore, we do not need much food at that time. here i would like question you, What do you mean by a ‘Pauper’?

A Pauper is a man or a destitute man who depends on some charitable institute or public welfare fund to feed him. Thus, it means his every meal is not even guaranteed and the obvious thing comes is that, that meal can’t be that rich compared to normal food. so here the use of ‘Pauper’ stands for ~eat a little bit of food only if you get. Don’t need to get tensed if you don’t get a meal one day at night. Just a little bit of food will solve the purpose and you’ll be able to survive a good life.

That's why it was said, “Dinner like a `Pauper’…..”

and believe me, if you follow that routine, then you will have the perfect blonde shaped body. and your face will be as bright and lightening as a bulb.

New invention guys - Maths failed

Friends, a friend of mine today SMSed me some text on my phone today.
First i looked at it and ignored it but after a little while...my mind came back to the point stated there in the message.
Its really fanatic. They had proved that 1 is equals to 2.

i think one of the IITian must have found out the trick and spread it out like fire.

Here it is...

Lets, take A=B

Now Multiply by B on both sides.

Then, AB=BxB

Now Subtract 'AxA' from both sides

AB-AxA=BxB-AxA

Take out the common one's on both sides.

A[B-A]=[B+A][B-A]

Here, [B-A] had been cancelled out on both sides.

Hence, A=B+A

if A=1

then, 1=1+1

or 1=2

so Maths fails......!

onna day, i m going to malta to bigga hotel, in morning i go down to eat a breakfast. i tell a waitress to bring to pieces of toast, she brings me only one piece. I tell her, i want two piss (piece), she said ‘go to the toilet’ & i said ‘ you don’t understand i want two piss (piece) on my plate…she said ‘ you better not piss on your plate you son-of-a-bi*ch’. i don’t even know the lady and she call me a son-of-a-bi*ch.

Later, i go to eat at bigga restuarant, the waitress brings me a spoon and a knife but no fork, i call the waitress and tell i wanna fuck (fork), she tell everyone even wanna fuck. I said ‘ you don’t understand i wanna fuck (fork) on the table.’ she said ‘ you better not fuck on the table, you son-of-a-bitch'.’

So i go back to my room in bigga hotel and there are no sheets on my bed. I call the manager and tell him i wanna shit (Bedsheet), he said ‘go to the toilet. I said you don’t understand i wanna a shit (sheet) on my bed. The manager said “you better not shit on your bed you son-of-a-bitch”.

I gonna back to managers desk and check out my slip and i said piss on you…….i am gonna back to italia !!!

So guys isn’t this was interesting. I assure you that i’ll continue entertaining my readers.

some days before, i watched a movie. actually it was a cartoon movie, named ‘Kung-fu-Panda’. but you should not consider it as normal cartoon movie, it was a real message delivering animation story. which delivers a very very special message. and i going to explain you what was the message delivered in that movie. Rather i should recommend you to view that movie.

so any how the message was -

“We see in our day-to-day lives, there are many successful people in this world, who have achieved big achievements in their lives. Not only achievements, but they have got success, means to say they have become leaders. they are leading the world, they are trending the world. they manage how people live. they decide what is good and what’s bad. what’s cool and what’s out of fashion. they have become the legends. The world id running according to them. They have earned that much money that you can’t even think of.

SO from where that thing came from? everybody wanna be like them, but can’t. we people start looking for ‘mantras’ and ‘formulas’ to get that much fame and success, but what we get at the end of the day is nothing. this picture tells us that if you wanna succeed in your life, then you have to be different from another. You have to be unique & innovative.”

Go out of your home and have a slow walk in the nearby park. think about your life, about what you wanna achieve. Set small level goals and achieve them in your own unique way. God or ‘The Almighty’ have created us uniquely, even think for a second – our finger and thumb are also unique the nhow can we be same. so go to the world and show that u r also one among “thomas edison” or “einstien”.

I met my uncle and my good old friend last week. We were discussing about his retirement, he got retired from a well known biscuit production house. Guys he was telling me how things go on their in the company. i was getting more and more curious about the production of glucose biscuits. as my uncle was at a good position in the company. He also told me some internal secrets of the company…which i’ll be posting later on. but the thing i got most interesting is that they told me about quality assurance of the product. As it is a food department, then quality should be the priority.

Pizza Hut v/s Domino’s

Hi friends, we are well aware about two MNC’s of pizza operating in India. even today if take name of these companies in front of any young buddy, then i am really very sure he would get water in his mouth. Recently i visited Pizza hut and have my meals over there with my family. even my complete family loves pizza from pizza hut.

Ever once, did you noticed some difference b/w these two companies.

First of all, Domino’s is a Junk food plaza and pizza hut is more stressing over a restaurant.
Domino’s is cheaper than Pizza Hut.
But guys the real difference came here, real difference in taste is there.
Dominos is more towards crispier but pizza hut creates ‘the ultimate softness with soft ‘n’ hot cheese in there pizza.
One can go to domino’s every weekend either with their friends or family.
But guys one can only go to Pizza hut once in a month.
Pizza hut is really cheerful place for fun with family.
Domino’s is always open for a couple or for friends.
Domino’s had grabbed greater market share in indian market.
Pizza hut is somehow royal, they think customer should come to them at their own.

So friends what are you waiting for, go enjoy there special dishes. and one thing i wanna say, none of them is bad, both are excellent. and you should taste both of them.

A Drink after GYM

Today, friends i am going to tell you a really really cool fact. And seriously this fact is chilling. As last to last week i joined a GYM and i told my trainer that i wanna loose my weight, want to be a sexy slim – trim buddy. So i started training under him and i worked out in the GYM around for an hour. as i am new to the gym so i got so much pains in my joints on the first week, because of the work out. don’t worry i recovered. but you know wen i reach my home after work out from the gym in the morning, i try to get ready for the college. but even the circumstances were worse. i wasn’t able to even get up from my bed. god knows how i drive my car back to home.

i got so much tired after exercising in the gym for just an hour. My breath was exhausted and that’s not all. the my mum make me sweat chilled chocolate shake…..yeah guys “a chilled sweat chocolate shake”. That is the key fact here. you guys wouldn’t believe it, but that drink regained my whole energy. A really tasty health drink in your break fast after your Gym work out.

just get it try this one on your body. u’ll feel chilling inside your body and each and every small small sip will fetch you more and more energy. u’ll be able to do more than double or triple the work you do right now. ‘N’ this is my personal experience. actually chocolate also helps loosing weight because it contains very low calories and and the fat contents in it are mono saturated. scientists have proved that this type of mono saturated fat ‘present in the chocolate helps to reduce the body weight better than any other diet. whether it is really low fat food. this type of fat has a positive impact over your body.

So what are you waiting for go ahead and eat chocolate as much as you can…..but ……he..he..he..please listen eat chocolate in prescribed manner and in a properly specified schedule. that would be even tastier and will also heal you from inside. chocolate shake really a cool and good health drink after ‘GYM’.

Mums are sometimes really helpful….just joking, they are always helpful. So listen to your mothers also from now.

4) Godaddy I’m sure you’ve heard of GoDaddy ? but I bet you didn’t know you can use the website to get backlinks to your website. a beautiful couple sitting in a park

i just got an interesting story for you. i was just wandering through the park with some of my friends. we were passing the time with great fun and joy. when i saw a sweet couple sitting at a bench under trees in a cold eve. they were discussing something or what-so-ever they were doing, but were looking very very cute in that evening. They were adding a feather to the pride of that beautiful eve....

I asked my friends to take a view at them. My friends looked at them and laughed out loudly. They make fun of their postures and their sitting styles. The boy and girl was having romance and needing some privacy to continue that. But my friends continue disturbing them. These guys sit in front of them and wait for the moment they would be having 'kiss' or something else or some scenes like that. They just was looking at them as an entertainment medium.

But i revoked them from doing so. i told them that everybody has rights to have a romantic life. And the park is also public, and everybody has equal rights to use it accordingly. And also now-a-days, everything has been legalized. we can't interfere other's privacy. we can't stop in front of them and wait until they made some elegant scene for us.

Even this is our noble responsibility, to provide them privacy. they have the right to enjoy a romantic eve together in a park. We should not become the reason for destroying their beautiful eve. They should not be left in the park cursing others.

We should not blutter the privacy of those beautiful couples sitting on the bench or over the grass in a park in a beautiful eve. We should stop others, if they are disturbing these 'Love Buds'.... because love is the only thing that makes your lifestyle better. your standard of living upper and higher. if you want to be loved by others, then first you have to love others.

RBI YOUNG SCHOLARS AWARD SCHEME

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has launched the RBI Young Scholars Award Scheme to generate interest in and awareness about the Indian banking sector and RBI. Under the Scheme, the RBI will select a maximum of 150 young scholars through a countrywide competitive examination and award scholarship. Selection test will focus on the role and functions of RBI and banks in India and will be held in English as well as in all major regional languages. Selected candidates will be required to work on projects in select offices of RBI for 2 to 3 months and will be paid a consolidated stipend of Rs. 7500/- per month during the duration of the project. RBI will assist outstation awardees in boarding and lodging. The awardees shall have no right/claim for an appointment in the RBI. Any candidate who had qualified and worked at RBI under the RBI Young Scholar Award Scheme in any of the previous years are not eligible to apply again.

All students, between 18 and 23 years of age, currently pursuing their undergraduate studies in any subject under any recognized university in India, are eligible to take the competitive examination. There is no application fee. The selection test will be held on January 9, 2011 at various centres across India. The results of the selection test are likely to be announced in the middle of March 2011. Desirous candidates may submit applications to Project Co-ordinator, RBI Young Scholars Award Scheme, Project No. 9277, Post Box No. 7639, Malad (West), Mumbai 400 064 (Online by 14/10/2010 & offline by 22/10/2010). Therefore, we can say freedom is wisdom to choose what is good or right for oneself. Wisdom is the quality of judgement that one can make. Wisdom comes from experience and good decisions in life.Wisdom is the experience, knowledge, common sense together, along with the power of appling them. It is the ability to think and act wisely. wisdom is not taught in schools and it can't be bought. When freedom and wisdom are clubbed together, then it is called freedom of choosing what is right for us.

But, someone has rightly said;

“Good decisions come from experience, but experience comes from bad decisions.”

So the motto is take decisions; whether good or bad, the public would decide.

But here our topic is ‘freedom’. Under freedom one should be able to choose what is right for oneself. You should feel proud, if you are independent, and you have got freedom. For ex. If a person captures a bird from a forest and takes it to his home and keep it in a safe bird cage. He provides good food to the bird daily washes it and also take care of it. But the bird is not happy with that many facilities, because he wants freedom. When that man releases the bird then he got freedom, rather of the fact that he wouldn’t get guaranteed food, and also he can be killed by a hunter. But the bird is still happy with his liberty and freedom. He is authorised to do anything he likes. That is the thing I want to convey here, freedom is the ultimate authority that one can have. Freedom is the right to express your opinion and fight for what you believe in, untill you doesn't harm someone with an opposing point of view. the ultimate meaning of freedom is to let the individual choose what is right for oneself without disturbing other's freedom. means you have got authority to take your decisions but you should respect first other's freedom or liberty. so it is not a license to a child to interfere others freedom. The dictum, 'live and let live" contains a very good advise.

In short, freedom doesn’t mean licence but the wisdom to choose what is right for oneself.

They think petrol is getting more n more dearer n costly. hence the travelling expenses are rising. This means cost of each and every product is rising. But why all of us think that oil is really costly. Human resource management (HRM) is getting more-n-more importance on daily basis. As employees and workers or labour are getting aware of their rights and power, the importance of this field is also rising.

Oh, Sorry! i forgot to explain you, what is Human Resource Management? HRM is basically management of human resources. In Today's industries, employees n labourers are not treated like machine tools as were earelier in 1920's. After that time period, a new ear came to the market and employees started feeling their importance and from their onwards, this concept was originated as personnel management. Later on, this concept was named as Human resource Management....where, employees are refered as human resources. Because, in todays environs succes n failure of any organisation depends over their employees. That is why they are called Human Resources of any organisation.

The job of this department is to take care of all the employees. in the sense, they have to solve all the grieviences and also have to consider their requests, complaints and suggestions.This is not all about HRM. But these people also have to recruit people for the organisation to work for the company, organising orientation programme. As these recruited people are new to the work, so they should also be trained properly to work in the firm. And also develop them in long run and enhancing their skills. As all of these jobs are related to mind and psychology reading, so the people who are performing these jobs( HR Managers ) should also be expert psychology readers. they should be enough experienced, so that eligible to take reliable decisions. For example : recruiting, selecting and training are such type of jobs where on has to analyze the candidate and read his psychology and his mental basis.....and on the basis of that, they have to decide that the candidate is suitable for the organisation or not. As these processes are really costly, so they can't be re-done in any case. Therefore, the candidate selected should be proper and right.

[As per my assumptions] An HR Manager should be expert psychology reader, then only he will be able to :-

Solve their grievances.
Can handle the worse and negative situations and conflicts arising in the company.
Can understand the suggestions offered by them in the same way they are offered.
Can undersatnd their monetary and non-monetary needs and wants from time-to-time.
Can select right candidates for the right job at the right time.
Can deliver successful training lectures and solve their doubts.
Can develop skills in the employees in the long run and make them real assets for the 'Firm'.

So if u wanna be an HR Manger, then you should be a good psychiologist first or an expert psychology reader.

Future planning and financial security is very very important. Everybody has to consider their future, n secure it right now, so that in case of any mishappening in future, we would be financially secured. And the best way of securing yourself is ‘Life Insurance”. Today, life insurance is the best technique to secure your future financially. As physically, we can’t be secured completely. But financial problem can be solved.

And not only future security, but from the point of view of investment, savings, pensions or tax savings:- Life insurance is the best. There are many insurance plans in the market which will pay you maximum returns for your investment and it may lie between 10-15% per annum. And some have surveyed that no other products like kisan vikas patra, post office schemes, bank deposits or any other….provides that much return on investment. And if it does, then there is much risk involved and also income arising from these sources is also taxable under Indian income tax act.

Earlier these returns were not guaranteed in life insurance but from 1 Sep. 10 onwards, minimum returns on insurance plans are fixed and there is no limit on maximum returns, as it depends on there the market value of units. One of the most important update that IRDA has done in insurance policies is removal of surrender charges. Or you can say, removal of lapsation of the policy. If one can’t pay the premium of his policy after a year or two then he can cancel his policy and can get his money back after a fixed time period…..in between which his money will be invested at 3% bank interest rates. And you will not be charged for surrendering the policy or as little as 6% of the amount deposited as compared to earlier rates….100 % first year, 50% 2^nd year, no charge after third year.

In other developed countries of the world, life insurance is already compulsory to everybody. And everybody is insured there. But in India only general insurance is compulsory. But I would like to suggest to Indian govt. or IRDA, to make Life Insurance also compulsory in India. This would make …

· Every individual of India would be insured.
· Every person financially secured n strong.
· Every citizen would be free from tensions for his family n Childs for future.
· Growth of economy would be there; as more people will buy life insurance then there return on investment would be increased. Hence, per capita income would grow.
· As money of every individual would grow then he will become financially strong.
· The importance of future planning would be known to every citizen.
· It will give employment to many jobless.
· People would be getting highest return on their savings.
· More fund would be there to tackle with natural disasters. As insurance claim of all the people can be pooled up by the govt. initiative and can be used to cure them.
· As per the data provided by IRDA, only 26% of Indians are totally insured and the rest of them are not….therefore it would be a big deal for this industry to grow.

So, in conclusion life insurance is a very good technique to make our country grow. Hence, it should be made compulsory in India also.

Most of the achievers in India are well known of the fact that Indian education industry is very trendy in nature. Not only achievers but professors, business man and economists are also fond of this fact. Indian education industry tends to change its scope from time to time in a specific field. It is very dynamic and changes with every new generation that came to school or college. That means, it doesn’t guarantee a job for a student in any field.

So coming to the topic, now-a-days law is becoming more-n-more focused in the industry. Let me give you some past facts and figures, which would give you a fair idea of this education industry.

Before a decade ago, around 1998-1999 or take the millennium itself, at that point of time, engineering was introduced to the students as a money printing machine. At that time, the no. of engineers was lesser. Not exactly at that time, actually in 1993-94 engineers were given some extra ordinary consideration. So the value of this course goes up & up. And as a rational business man, whom-so-ever analysed the situation opens up an institute for engineering coaching. And then they started promoting that course, therefore the no. of engineers increase. After 4-5 years, results came out to the public and ended to a flood of engineers. You know an interesting fact, once there was a time when there were more tutors in the city then coffee shops. 90% of these engineers were unemployed.

Then people started analysing the situation and go for another courses. Somebody opt for diploma some for C.A. & some for MBA……and those who opt for MBA make their future shiny. Because that time was made for management as industrial sector was evolving out, and every company need managers. MBA’s got really good jobs and worthy packages, higher positions and much more. Results to attraction of all new students of 10^th & 12^th in MBA. As it was offering big salary packages with luxury. But not only these 10^th and 12^th passed out students opted for MBA but all those unemployed engineers also started doing MBA. So the same flood of MBA’s came in 2007-08. In the similar way, revolution of CA came and students also go in that line. And also all business men like engineering tutors opened up MBA and CA coaching, and also they were able to fetch customers. The revolution of CA, which is still going on, is at its peak.

But as a rational student, we study to learn something so that we can earn money. CA revolution is going and guys seriously trust me, when you people complete your CA degree then you wouldn’t be able to fetch any job in the market. This conclusion is based on 18 years of past experience and analysing the today’s market situation, I will suggest you people to go for a degree of ‘advocate’ or ‘lawyer’. This stream is going to rock in near 5-6 years & 80% chances for you to get a job.

The main rally started from sec-20[Math Mandir] & ended at sec-23[Sanatan Dharam Mandir], where chief guest Mrs. Anu Chatarath[mayor of chd] inaugurated the rally and hoisted the green flag. While addressing these women, she really appreciated their welfare work. She quoted “To create a clean and healthy society, women awareness is really worthy, as woman is the first teacher of a child in the form of a mother. And if she teaches him/her about these evils from the very beginning of his life, then definitely he wouldn’t go on the wrong side.”

Ms. Seema continued that drugs are taking our younger generation near to their death. we don’t only talk of drug de-addiction but every month our organization conducts a drug deaddiction camp, Where world class doctors treat those patients to de-addict them from drugs. Free accommodation is provided to the patients. They plead the media to create awareness among the people.

These brave women were carrying huge banners and shouting their heart touching slogans. These women also arranged refreshments for the people participating in this rally.

Liberty of a citizen of an Independent economy is just up to his nose, because from there onwards Liberty of another citizen starts. Normally, as individual citizens of an independent liberalised economy, we all think that we are now independent and we have got rights now….means to say we are liberalised and can do what so ever we want. But in the course of action, we forgot to realise that this liberalisation is for every individual of the economy, not only for us. And others have also got rights to do things they want. I mean to say that, we definitely have got liberty and we can exercise our rights but with respect to another’s liberty.

I would like to mention here a short snippet of an old lady:

An old lady was going to the fruit market with a bag in her hand made up of jute, to but some fruits. But unknown of the above mentioned fact, she was also enjoying her liberty but without respecting other’s liberty. The lady was walking in the middle of the road. The road was really very busy and fast vehicles were moving at their pace, passing a strange look at the old lady. A man crossing the road walks up to the lady and humbly asked, “Excuse me ma’am, why are you walking in the middle of the road? The vehicles are running so fast which can harm you.” The old lady frowned over the strange man and said-“our country is independent and we all are liberalised & for your kind information we have got human rights and we can do what-so-ever we want to do. And I have liberty to walk in the middle of the road….and I think you got your answer, now please don’t waste my as well as yours time and excuse me please.”

Then the strange man standing beside her laughed out and said: ‘ma’am we definitely have got liberty and no doubt we can do what we want. But ma’am like you, others had also got liberty and they also have rights to do the things of their likings. In your situation, if you have got liberty to walk in the middle of the road, then a cab driver had also got liberty to drive his cab on the pavements.’ Did you think then what would happen? So much of conflicts would arise, and everybody would be confused for what he should do and what not to? Lots accidents would happen…nobody will be clear with his rights and duties.

Because of the only reason, we forgot to respect the liberty of other’s. Means to say, our liberty ends up at our nose, because from there onwards liberty of another person’s starts. We have right to exercise our liberty, but with respect to another’s liberty.

One more example will clear the situation.

If I start beating my drums and trumpet in the midnight over the road, with a high pitch D.J. Band. I definitely had got liberty to do it….because my mood is going on to play music and my friends are also there with me and we want to celebrate. But my neighbours are also there in the society, who had got liberty to sleep with peace and sound. Some students are there, whose exams are on their head and they have got liberty to study.

So, we all are living together in a society and we have to think for other’s liberty before we act upon our decision. Because if we think for other’s liberty, then only they will think for ours. Otherwise, the consequences would be like that old lady.

So think for other’s liberty before acting upon your decision…..because your liberty ends at your nose.

Till now 12 women had been married in Dera Sacha Sauda. But the Prostitutes were unable to reach Dera, due worldy problems. And to get rid of that today evening “Dera Sacha Sauda’s Saints” Launched a website for these sex workers, so they don’t get ashamed in the public. Now any prostitute in the world can register themselves at this website and can have help from “The Dera Sacha Sauda” sewadars. They would be taken from the worse then the worse place(situation) by dera volunteers to the dera, and then would be treated by the doctors and method of meditation taught by Revered Guru Ji. And after complete treatment they would be married to one of those 1400+ volunteers.

Sauda Saint Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh ji Insan, in a giant blood donation Camp , 43732 units

of blood was donated just in one day. And after that birthday of Guru ji was celebrated by the

followers being the watchpersons of environment. Tree plantation expedition was organized

at world level on this Sunday in event of Guru Ji’s Birthday. This expedition was inaugurated by

Guru ji at 8:50 A.M by planting a tree sapling of Neem . His whole family, Son , daughters ,son-

in laws and daughter-in-law , grandson and granddaughter, Rev. mother were standing

beside Him. Royal daughters, Children from Asra Ashram, Anchorites brother and sisters of

Dera partcipated on this auspicious occasion. At this moment they also planted the saplings of

various trees. Dera followers at various placed planted 4300157 saplings of trees.

At the Independence Day while giving message to our country people Guru ji said that Brave

freedom fighters dreamed about a community free from corruption, larceny, dishonesty,

tyranny, oppression. We pray to God not only in this country rather in the whole world ,

the atmosphere should be like that. Love and brotherhood should develop in-between. All

countries should become self sufficient so that no one should attack to posses other. Guru ji

said that more and more people get attached with God’s name to get self satisfaction.

Talking to media, Rev. Mother of Guru ji told that she is proud of her son on whose

Exhortations millions of people are doing social welfare works.

Two very poor girls were married off

On the auspicious birthday of Guru ji, the royal family married off two very poor girls and

gave them domestic usable things. Rev. mother and members of whole family gifted utensils,

suitcases, clothes for summer and winters beds and other daily use things in the marriage for

brides and bridegrooms.

A house got constructed for widow

At the auspicious occasion of birthday of guru ji the followers of dera Sirsa constructed a house

for Mohinder Kaur widow of Ajit Singh in Chattergarh Patti area. The house is complete with

Bedroom, Kitchen, Bathroom, Boundary wall etc.

Hundreds of people donated Blood

At the holy Birthday occasion of Rev. Guru ji The followers partcipated in social welfare works.

In the Sirsa city. Tree saplings were planted at many places. Hundreds of dera followers

donated blood in Bapu Maghher Singh International Blood bank at Dera Sacha Sauda Sirsa.
